Essential ingredients for this ground beef recipe
Tomato sauce - Don't go for a complicated or pasta tomato sauce. Instead, regular no-salt added tomato sauce is a best pick for this chili beef nachos as
Tostitos chips - A star and a must-have ingredient in the recipe. You can go with any flavor. I used original Tostitos restaurant style for this cheesy beef nachos.
Cheddar cheese - Don't opt for commercial shredded cheese. Instead, buy a whole block and shred it yourself. It tastes better that way (read this: 3 surprising reasons why you should always grate your cheese). I use yellow and orange cheddar to create a colorful cheesy top for this nacho recipe.
Pico de gallo - This topping is an optional. It'll help your ground beef nachos look super duper appealing. You can check out pico de gallo recipe here.
